The rugged rubber construction is waterproof for marine use and tough enough to withstand being run over by emergency vehicles. A strong magnet firmly attaches the M-Flare to any metal surface. The highly visible discs M-FLARE 4 have the direct lights which are centrally placed and it allows to use it as a flashlight.
